all guys want to build their body for different reasons but common reason is to look fit in wears and impress lady's, base on my experience as a personal trainer and fitness expert I discovered that it's only few ladys are interested in body building because of fear of growing muscles, while most interested are models or female athletes preparing for contest or sports competitions, ladys major concentrations are to burn body and belly fats with getting firm triceps but they prefer their guy looking fit with well built body.
building a beach body is what any guy will die for, having a built muscular and se;xy body boost self confidence help improve hormone, average of 80% muscular and fit guys are more active se;xually than skinny and fat guys.
NO PAIN-NO GAIN
Getting a define body require alot of endurance, commitment and understanding.
ENDURANCE
you should endure the pains of workouts, make sure you perform your plan reps and sets, don't get intimidated by the pains.
COMMITMENT
Don't skip gym for any reason
keep it like your business appointments.
UNDERSTANDING
You should plan your gym routine with good workout programs and make sure you understand your workout programs with their specific effects, the lower the weight you push, more reps you able to go but the best way to gain muscle and build body quick is by pushing heavy and heavier weights till you get to a stage were you cant push up high anymore, then start pumping by using the drop set and super set trick, it help increase body potential and muscle mass, the fact is that you have to push muscles more than their comfort level in order to see fast result but don't over exhaust your muscles , try increase the load you push every week, matching it with a good diet really help yeild fast result.
FOOD FOR BODYBUILDING
(1) chicken with any other saturated fats foods
(2) yogurt
(3) grape and any other vitamin C fruits
(4) banana
(5) beef and butter
(6) oatmeal and any other high fiber foods
(7) oyster and pumpkin seed
